84, Charing Cross Road by Helene Hanff, published by Andre Deutsch, this being the fifth impression, dated March 1975. The dust jacket shows the familiar design of postmark circles above a London pillar box and post box illustration, with the author's name beneath the title. The back of the jacket carries a black and white photograph of the Marks & Co shop front at 84 Charing Cross Road, with the Andre Deutsch imprint below.

This copy carries a Hereford and Worcester County Libraries withdrawn stock stamp and label on the title page, along with accession numbers and a shelf mark. The title page also shows printed stamp illustrations as part of the book's design.

The jacket shows wear at the spine ends and corners, with some rubbing and a small area of loss at the foot of the spine. The spine panel has toning. The text pages appear tanned, consistent with age.
