This is a hardback reference volume covering hunts and related information, bound in red cloth with the title and a fox mask motif blocked in gilt on the front cover and spine. The rear cover carries a gilt advertisement for Bernard Weatherill Limited, bespoke tailors of Savile Row.

The covers show light edge wear with some rubbing to the corners and spine ends. The gilt lettering remains clear and legible. The text block edges are clean and untrimmed in appearance. Internally the paper is pale, with the copyright and title pages showing no significant marking. A printed page includes a photograph and accompanying text in good register.
