Official programme for the 24 Heures du Mans, dated 13-14 Juin 1987. The cover shows the Silk Cut Jaguar number 5 on track, with a cover price of 30F printed at the base. Produced by the Automobile Club de l'Ouest and related organising bodies, whose logos appear along the bottom of the front cover.

Inside, the contents page lists sections covering the editorial, circuit plan, organising committee, regulations, categories, teams, standings, podium, portraits, classifications and pre-event testing. Further pages include team and car photographs, such as the Kouros-Mercedes, Rothmans Porsche and Silk Cut Jaguar entries, alongside advertising pages for Castrol and Gitanes.

The covers show creasing and surface wear, with a soft fold mark to the upper left of the front cover and scattered small marks across the lower front panel. The spine shows some wear consistent with handling. Pages photographed appear intact with text and images clearly printed.
