Biggles Follows On - Captain W. E. Johns

Biggles Follows On by Captain W. E. Johns, published in paperback by William Collins Sons & Co. Ltd in 1972, under the Armada imprint, number C530. The book was first published by Hodder & Stoughton in 1952. The cover illustration shows a fighter aircraft in a steep dive with a parachute below, and the RAF roundel and tail markings visible.

The cover shows noticeable wear, including rubbing and creasing at the edges and corners, with a small chip visible at the bottom corner of the front cover. There are visible vertical crease lines running down the front cover. The spine shows the title and author along its length, with some wear at the head and tail. The pages have browned with age, consistent with a paperback of this period, and there is some spotting visible on the copyright page. The text block appears to open at the printed story without loose pages evident in the photographs.
