Educating Jack - Jack Sheffield

Educating Jack by Jack Sheffield is a paperback published by Corgi Books, part of the author's series of novels set in the fictional village of Ragley-on-the-Forest, continuing the story of village school life through the school year 1982 to 1983.

The cover shows a snowy village scene with cottages, a church and figures gathered around a large tree, set against a dusky blue sky. The back cover carries a plot description and a review quote from the Daily Express, along with the ISBN and price.

The book is in good shape, with the cover crisp and glossy and the corners showing only light rubbing. The spine is straight and the text is clear on both cover and spine. The page edges appear slightly toned, consistent with a paperback of this kind. The copyright page and title page are clean and legible, and a map of Ragley-on-the-Forest is included near the front of the book.
