Lawrence of Arabia - Anthony Nutting

Lawrence of Arabia by Anthony Nutting, published by Trust Books in 1961. This is a paperback edition, priced at 3/6, issued as part of a series where publishing profits were donated to Oxfam, as noted on the front cover. The cover carries a black background with bold white lettering and a small illustration of Lawrence in Arab dress. The back cover features film stills from Lawrence of Arabia, the Columbia Pictures production starring Peter O'Toole and Alec Guinness, directed by David Lean, with Anthony Nutting credited as political adviser on the film. The copyright page is dated 1961.

The covers show noticeable creasing, including a diagonal crease running across the front, and wear to the corners. The spine shows some rubbing and a strip of tape or reinforcement along its length. The back cover has a mark in pink towards the top. Interior pages are tanned with age, and the text block appears intact where shown.
