This hardback annual has a colour illustrated cover showing a woman reading to two girls, with further illustrations of a dancing couple and two girls relaxing on the back cover. The contents page lists a range of stories, articles and miscellaneous features, including fiction, a fashion puzzle, crosswords and a colour plate section. Inside the front pages there is a further illustrated title page with figures in coloured outfits.

The book shows wear consistent with its age. The spine head has a small area of loss and the corners show rubbing. There is a crease and some surface marking to the front cover, along with light scuffing to the board edges. The cream pages show some toning, and the text block appears tanned at the edges. The text and illustrations remain clear throughout the sample pages shown.
