Night Strike from Malta: 830 Squadron R.N. & Rommel's Convoys by Kenneth Poolman, first published by Jane's Publishing Company in 1980. This hardback recounts the operations of 830 Squadron's Swordfish and Albacore aircrews flying from Malta against Axis convoys supplying Rommel's forces, drawing on Fleet Air Arm and squadron records together with recollections from aircrew.

The front endpaper carries a signature and the date 1980, name given as F.H.E. Hopkins.

The black dust jacket shows the title in blue and white lettering over a black and white photograph of an aircrewman at his position. There is some rubbing and wear to the edges and corners of the jacket, with a small area of loss at the head of the spine. The boards are black cloth. Internally the paper is clean with black and white text, and the sample page shown is clear and well printed, with maps and diagrams noted as part of the book's content.
