Nonconformist Chapels and Meeting-houses
Nonconformist Chapels and Meeting-houses, covering Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Warwickshire, published by the Royal Commission on the Historical Monuments of England in 1986. This paperback surveys nonconformist chapels and meeting-houses across the three counties, illustrated with line drawings, plans and photographs of buildings such as Friends' Meeting-house at Tredington and the Baptist chapel at Temple Grafton, alongside gazetteer-style descriptive entries.
The cover is printed in gold with a dark navy title panel, decorated with numerous small illustrations of chapel exteriors, interiors and floor plans. The book was printed for HMSO by Acolortone Ltd.
Condition is very good. The covers show light wear at the corners and edges consistent with a secondhand paperback. Internally, the sample page shown is clean, with black and white photographic plates and printed text in good order.
