Old Fashioned Flowers by Sacheverell Sitwell, published by Country Life Limited in 1939. The book is illustrated by John Farleigh and was printed in Great Britain at the Curwen Press, Plaistow.

The hardback is bound in reddish-brown cloth, with the title and author lettered in gilt on the front cover and spine, and "Country Life" lettered at the foot of the spine. The boards show some wear at the corners and edges, with light fading and marking to the cloth. The spine remains legible with clear gilt lettering.

Inside, the title page carries a colour illustration with decorative lettering. The text pages are printed on cream paper, with further colour plates depicting named flower varieties, such as polyanthus and camellia, each captioned with cultivar names. The paper appears clean in the sections photographed, with no foxing visible.
