Snakehead - Anthony Horowitz

Snakehead by Anthony Horowitz, published by Walker Books. This is the seventh title in the Alex Rider series, following Alex working with ASIS, the Australian Secret Service, against the criminal underworld of South-East Asia. This paperback edition includes a bonus extra chapter, as noted with a sticker on the front cover.

The cover shows a green snake illustration against a black background, with the title and author in white and yellow lettering. The spine carries the same snake motif and title. The back cover has a photograph of the author along with review quotes and publisher details, including the ISBN and price sticker.

The pages are cream-coloured with clear, dark print. The page edges show light tanning consistent with age. The corners of the front cover show some light wear, and the spine has a small mark near the top edge. Overall the covers remain glossy and the text block is well presented.
