Stories & Rhymes Children's Fairy Tale Nursery Rhyme

Stories & Rhymes is a children's collection of original fairy stories and traditional nursery rhymes, illustrated in full colour by Eric Kincaid, published by Brown Watson. The large hardback cover shows a fairy princess surrounded by a border of smaller characters including Humpty Dumpty, a fiddling cat, and floral trailing vines, all against a red and yellow ground.

Inside, the collection includes pieces such as Fairyland, Little Bo-Peep, Magic Wands, Humpty Dumpty, Water Fairies, Rock-a-Bye Baby, Fairy Snails and Jack and Jill, with full colour illustrations facing each text page throughout the sample shown.

The covers are bright and glossy with crisp colour, and the corners appear sharp. The spine is straight and the lettering is clear. A small mark is visible on the front board near the top left corner. The text pages shown are clean and cream coloured, with sharp printing and no foxing visible in the photographs.
