The spine is dark green and black with the author's surname and title in white, and the Millennium III designation beneath.
Internally, the paper is cream coloured and the text appears clearly printed, set in Monotype Sabon. The copyright page confirms first publication in Great Britain in 2009, with the original Swedish edition noted as 2007.
