The cover features a colour photograph of a white hillside village overlooking the sea, likely Santorini, with the title in white and yellow lettering. The back cover shows a photograph of a ferry on calm water against hazy mountains, framed by dark cypress trees. The spine carries the title and author in yellow on a teal ground, with the Faber imprint at the foot.
