This is the SAS by Tony Geraghty, published by Arms and Armour Press in 1982. A hardback pictorial history of the Special Air Service Regiment, illustrated with black and white and colour photographs covering the regiment's operations from the Second World War through to the early 1980s.

The dust jacket shows a silhouetted soldier against a yellow and orange sunset background, with the title lettering in white. There is some rubbing and wear to the edges and corners of the jacket, along with light surface scuffing and a mark near the top of the front cover. The spine carries the same design and remains legible throughout.

The copyright page confirms the 1982 Arms and Armour Press edition and ISBN. Printing number line reads 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 0. The text pages photographed are clean, with photographs and captions printed clearly on white paper.
